FACTS:

• Jaxon hates his middle name. Well, to be more precise, he hates the man who gave it to him. His mother had always been infatuated with the name Jaxon (it was the name of a famous rock star from Sweden) and insisted on naming her son as such, so his father was left with choosing a middle name. His father was an American, born and raised in the Bronx. Jaxon hardly speaks of him.
  
• Most don't know it, but Jaxon is color-blind. This was a side-effect of his head injury, caused by Dark Magic. Very few people know of his affliction and he knows enough about what colors things should be to fool the general audience.
  
• Something else unknown to everyone, even Jaxon himself, is that he is lactose-intolerant. Milk and cheese are now his enemies, although he's not quite aware of it yet. He just knows that all of a sudden, he has started becoming sick after meals.
  
• Hiding underneath his shy demeanor is something else. He's quick to anger, so much so that at times, it frightens him. Jaxon is more likely to snap if one ridicules others; less likely if it involves himself. Words like "Mudblood" and "Squib" cut deep.
  
• Jaxon wishes that he could do magic as well as he could before his accident. He would never admit it but it makes him feel open and unprotected without it.

Craving sweets, Jaxon goes to the sweetshop in Hogsmeade and meets someone new.

For a lesson, Jaxon goes into the Forbidden Forest to prepare for his class. A young thestral injures him during feeding and Nuriko and Zahara help him back to the castle.

Professor Pietri is not having the best of days when he stumbles into class late and finds that none of his class has even arrived. Two of his more reliable students show up for the day's lesson.

Jaxon leaves dinner early to sneak away to the quiet solace of his Care of Magical Creatures office and finds hate mail tacked to his door, leading to a long and sleepless night.

Deep in the Ruins - [Fate, Kitsune Meute D'Voleur] Thread Status - open
Lead once again by his sweet tooth, Jaxon finds himself in Hogsmeade. Flourish and Blotts has exploded, for reasons yet unknown, and he is unfortunately reminded of his magical incompetence.

RELATIONSHIPS:
Father - Jaxon hardly speaks of him. If Bruno could let his entire family move hundreds of miles away without a care, he wasn't worthy of being mentioned. Ever. If his father comes up in conversation, Jaxon simply says he's dead. To him, he is.

Step-father - Victor is a hateful man and has his new wife, Jaxon's mother Cara, wrapped around his finger. He works with the Ministry and approves of everything it does. He and Jaxon do not get along well.

Mother - Cara isn't as loving toward Jaxon and his sister as she used to be. Not since Victor came along. He demands all of her time and energy, so she doesn't have enough left to give to her children. Sadly, Jaxon doesn't talk to her either.

Sister - Donna and Jaxon are in constant correspondance. She sends him letters all the time, at least three a month and even sometimes comes to visit him. She also works with the Ministry but is not in favor of the things they are doing. Jaxon and Donna are very close.

Grandmother - Lia, next to Donna, is Jaxon's best friend. The woman, elderly as she is, still finds the time to visit Jaxon on holidays. She sends him letters almost as often as Donna does, so the school owls are always receiving mail for him. Lia is thinking of buying him an owl for Christmas.
