Name: Caleigh Briar Pierce
Age: 23
Birthdate/place: [09-01-1997] Floating Harbour, UK
Species: Human
Gender: Female
Family: Cal comes from your average family with an older twin brother (although it's only by a few minutes) as well as a younger sister, Cari, who's in her fifth year at Hogwarts.
Appearance:
Build/height- Height: 5'3"
Weight: 110lbs
Build: Small frame, slight muscle build, very slender. Cal can be easily overlooked, she's good at blending into crowds.
General Description- With long curly blonde hair and ocean blue eyes, Cal's considered pretty although more often than not she gives off a girl next door vibe. She's not a fan of putting too much into her appearance, it's what's on the inside that counts. Like her brother Cain, she's not a fan of wearing robes and even if it's required she'll find a way to make things less traditional. You can usually find her wearing a t-shirt and jeans.
Possessions- Other than a small, cozy apartment overlooking the city, Cal's your average 23 year-old, her only companions being her cat Jasey, her cello, and the sporadic visits from Cain.
Personality:
Temperment/Mental Attributes- Cal is quiet. She prefers to be alone, but once she gets to know you, her personality will resemble her brother's, just a much more toned down version of it. She's usually very cool-headed, reacts well in a crisis type person. She knows how to take care of herself and if you overwhelm her she will hit you, Cain's been on the receiving end of this many times.
Introverted Cal can often struggle with other people, but she's an Auror because seeing people hurt and knowing she could have prevented it just about kills her. Although she's not a heat of the moment girl, if she's got a choice between protecting herself and running or throwing her life on the line to save the last person, she'll throw her life on the line. She can't help it, she just likes things to be happy as possible.
While Cal is quiet, she will warm up to you and show off a witty sense of humor as well as her ability to take care of herself, just like Cain taught her. Her placement in Gryffindor seemed to many a mistake. She was always forgotten amid the loud others, but she's fiercely loyal and knows exactly how she shows it. Bravery is a strong point as well, just because she's quiet doesn't mean she can't throw herself out there for someone else.
Unlike her brother, you almost forget about Cal sometimes. She doesn't like to press herself onto anyone and fades into the back drop sometimes. She's okay with that, she knows that when people need her she'll be right there to help them.

History-
Caleigh Pierce was born the second of twins, just three minutes after her brother Cain. They couldn't stand being separated then and throughout their childhood, there was never one without the other. Cal, though, was the much quieter and soft-spoken of the two. Cain taught her to take care of herself, although Cal probably hadn't need to be taught. If she doesn't like how things are going she'll make things go her way.
Growing up, the three Pierce siblings only got in small spats, but loved each other all the same. Cal began to be overshadowed by her two siblings, but she didn't let it show. She knew that they'd be there when she needed them and vice versa, and that's what mattered. Although, due to her standoffish nature, she had few friends and often wound up tagging along with her brother. She didn't mind to get dirty and play with the boys, but the boys didn't like her much.
Whilst Cain's first signs of magic were drastic and chaotic, Cal's were much more reserved and went unnoticed at first. They were just small things, like the pot stirring itself in the kitchen or a book flying from the table to her hands.
When the twins got their letter to Hogwarts, the whole family couldn't have been happier. Cal was nervous about going though, what if she and Cain were separated? Or what if she got really homesick? Shopping was a blast though and it was then, just before her first year that she got her cat, Jasey who has since been her near-constant companion.
Walking into Hogwarts, it was evident on all the incoming first years' faces that this was unlike even their wildest dreams. Her heart drummed in her chest as they slowly moved up through the line. When Cain was called, she held her breath. Within a few moments, the hat yelled out "RAVENCLAW!" She watched him scamper off to the table of blue and grey. She was surprised, she had expected him to be instantly landed in Gryffindor, their families house for generations.
She shot her brother a panicked look before forcing herself up onto the platform and to sit down on the stool. The hat slid down over her ears and a cool voice blocked out all the other noises. "Ah, you must be the other Pierce. Yes, you're an interesting one. Quiet, but fiercely loyal. I see great things coming from you, but where to put you? You're too strong to go to Hufflepuff, a thinker too, but most certainly very brave. That makes it..."
"GRYFFINDOR!"
Cal skittered over to the roaring mass of red and gold. They were separated and she didn't know what to do. She ate by herself, worrying, but smiling at the happy greetings from the other people at her table. She felt smothered by all the dominant personalities, but she knew this was right where she belonged.
Cain and Cal stuck together as much as they could throughout their time at Hogwarts, having a very similar group of friends, but it was good that they were in different houses, it gave Cal time to make a name for herself.
She had a chance to show her Gryffindor colors after finding out how horribly dark her brother had become, so enlisting the help of Alex, his best friend they stopped him. She still has the scars on her wrist to this day to remind her of the horrible moments of watching the possessed look come across her brothers face before she jumped into him, breaking his focus. He swore he'd never do it again, but she couldn't help but be wary for the rest of their time.
After graduating, the twins both headed over to the states for Auror training. Cain specializing in Curse Breaking and Cal specializing in Investigations and Protection. When they finally came back home, they found the whole wizarding world rampaged by horrible darkness so they did what they do best and fought chaos.
Last Christmas Eve, Cal and Cain were coming back to his flat, both ecstatic with the pre-holiday rush when they were attacked and captured.
In captivity, Cal was used as bait for her brother. Tortured so that he would cave. In her heart, she knew he would to save her, he always was of the noble way, but she pleaded for him not to. She could take it. He told their captors that he would work if they let her go.
Now Cal's working every effort to get him back. She knows her brother and his fascinations. If he is as intrigued by the Shadow Stealer as she thought he was, she knew he'd die before giving up on figuring it out. She just wants him back before he does something really dumb, but she knows the clock is running out.
